Reddish Shrub: Could you help me ID the following plant please.

Shrub 2-3 m tall, c. 3 cm diam. Rachis reddish and winged.

Known as Bitter Ash or Bitter Wood, this shrub is native to Central and South America.
Compound leaves, alternate, pinnate with three to five leaflets. The rachis is winged.
Red flowers in panicles. Fruit a drupe.

I think this is better. This states so many things. 

Dr. C. M. Sabapathy, Scientist at the Indian Botanic Garden has developed a mobile App which can track every perennial plant in the garden with name, location, habit, and longitude and latitude. As per his App this is Quassia amara L. (Simaroubaceae). Hats off to Dr. Sabapathy.
