It could be a Symplocos sp.

To me looks different from Symplocos sumuntia Buch.-Ham. ex D. Don as per

Appears close to Symplocos pyrifolia
Does it match wit Re: SK466 31 MAR-2017:ID ??
Mid-rib on leaf of S. Pyrifolia is bulging but in this case pressed.
I do not find much difference.

According to the elevation and phenology, could it be one of
Symplocos glomerata King ex C.B.Clarke
or Symplocos sumuntia Buch.-Ham. ex D.Don ??
Pl. check keys in Flora of Bhutan at Symplocos
I think you can decipher them better.
These lead me to S. pyrifolia.  Pl. check.

Symplocos sp. has always been difficult to ID.
I think Symplocos pyrifolia as per keys and comparative images at Symplocos‎
