On further checking, I think it is close to Elatostema lineolatum Wight as per images, details and references herein.
Elatostema sessile J. R. Forster & G. Forster as listed in Check of Nepal and Flora of Bhutan (1983), is not distributed in these areas as per Catalogue of Life;
On further scrutiny, on following the keys and details in Flora of Bhutan, I think it is more closer to Elatostema acuminatum (Poir.) Brongn. as per
