On following the keys in Flora of Bhutan, I think it is more closer to Elatostema acuminatum (Poir.) Brongn. as per

On further checking, I think it is close to Elatostema lineolatum Wight as per images, details and references herein.
Elatostema sessile J. R. Forster & G. Forster as listed in Check of Nepal and Flora of Bhutan (1983), is not distributed in these areas as per Catalogue of Life


On further scrutiny, on following the keys and details in Flora of Bhutan, I think it is more closer to Elatostema acuminatum (Poir.) Brongn. as per
