I think this is\u00a0Erigeron emodi<\/span><\/a>\u00a0(heads\u00a0solitary or few on long stalks compared to many in corymbose panicles in\u00a0E.annuus<\/i>) as per\u00a0POWO<\/a>\u00a0specimen-\u00a0one<\/a>\u00a0and\u00a0two<\/a>\u00a0and\u00a0three<\/a><\/p>\n

I think phyllaries also match with the specimens above.<\/div>\n
Flora of Bhutan gives the following keys:
