There is a lot of confusion in the matter.

As per GRIN, Volkameria infortunata Roxb. is syn. of Clerodendrumviscosum Vent.

The Plant List gives Clerodendrumviscosum Vent. as a syn. of Clerodendruminfortunatum L. which is the only species as of now in efi database as per link: Clerodendrum infortunatum

I do not know what would be the present accepted name, possibly Clerodendrum infortunatum L., the problem is TPL think Roxburgh’s Volkameria infortunata is a different taxon and synonymous with C. cordatum D. Don.

What does BSI say?

To me it seems to be Clerodendrum vicosum.

I find at least three Clerodendrum infortunatum – of L., of Gaertn and of Dennst.

My search tells me perhaps we, in India, have all three. I attach here relevant papers, incl. one from Thailand. I hope I do not face copyright issues, since all can be downloaded freely from the following links –
