This is Arundinella pumila<\/i>. But the amplexicaul leaves you see in the background are not of this species, but are of Arthraxon<\/i> sp.; the inflorescences are yet to come out. You can see that the inflorescence of Arthraxon<\/i> is still inside the sheath, may be it will come out in another few days<\/p>\n

This is Arundinella pumila
\n<\/i>A. spicata,<\/i> as the name suggests has dense spicate inflorescence<\/span>, <\/span>whereas this one has widely spreading inflorescence with very small spikelets.<\/span><\/p>\n
