Tagetus patula.

Red Brocade variety of T.patula has mostly red coloured ray florets (Makhmali Genda) but in vicinity of T.erecta (Yellow Genda) it produces flowers with less number of red ray florets in next generation due to hybridization with Yellow Genda (T.erecta). Which seems the case here in the picture in my opinion.
