This plant is a hybrid one. Generally considered to be a cross between\u00a0<\/span><\/font><\/span>A.<\/font> filipendulina<\/font><\/span><\/i>\u00a0<\/span>and\u00a0<\/span><\/span>A. clypeolata<\/font><\/span><\/i>. Foliage resembles that of the\u00a0<\/span><\/font><\/span>A. <\/font>filipendulina<\/font><\/span><\/i>\u00a0<\/span>(fern-leaf yarrow) parent, but plants are more compact.<\/span><\/font><\/font><\/p>\n

Achillea<\/i>\u00a0<\/span>‘Coronation Gold’\u00a0<\/span>(Coronation Gold Yarrow<\/b>)<\/span><\/font><\/font><\/font><\/h2>\n

\u2018Coronation Gold’ is an upright, clump-forming hybrid yarrow which is noted for its deeply-dissected, fern-like, aromatic, silvery to gray-green foliage and its tiny, long-lasting, bright mustard-yellow flowers which appear in dense, flattened, plate-like, compound corymbs. Foliage has a strong, somewhat spicy aroma which persists when used in dried arrangements.<\/font> <\/font><\/span><\/p>\n
