Annual herbs, sparsely pubescent; stems 10-20 cm tall, rigid but wavy, sparsely hairy. Leaves numerous, 3.6-6 cm, alternate, glandular-hairy, petioled, oblong, pinnatifid; lobes oblong, subrecurved, obtuse, crenate. Flowers few, subsessile, axillary. Calyx 2.5 cm long, tubular; lobes crested. Corolla white, 7-15 cm long with slender tube, throat shortly funnel-shaped, the upper lip rounded. Stamens 4, didynamous; anthers under the upper lip meeting in pairs; cells distinct, equal, parallel, both perfect. Ovary many-ovuled; style slender; stigma subcapitate. Capsule falcate, 1 inch long; seeds numerous, various in shape and markings of the testa, usually reticulate.\u00a0\u00a0<\/font><\/div>\n
