Subshrubs; branches terete, appressed hairy. Leaves 8-15 x 2.5-7 cm, elliptic-lanceolate, acuminate, base tapering; lateral nerves 7-9 pairs; petiole 1-3 cm long. Flowers in axillary cymes, often forming large terminal panicles; bracteoles 2-3.5 cm long, linear lanceolate. Outer calyx lobes, ovate lanceolate, 3 cm long; inner 2 cm long, narrowly lanceolate, acute, pubescent out side. Corolla blue with reddish-purple tube, 2 cm long; lobes obovate, obtuse. Stamens 2. Capsules elliptic, 2.5 x 0.7 cm; seeds 4, broadly ellisoid, obtuse, silky hairy.<\/font><\/div>\n

this Barleria<\/i> was observed at Gautala Autrum ghat wildlife sancatuary,<\/font> Jalgaon.<\/font> the plant was very high on arocky cliff \u00a0to get a pic. hence could get only flowers. i feel it is Barleria involucrata<\/i>.
However Flower of india websirte has a bit different flower colour.
please help in Id.
