JFR d’Almeida’s book “Lessons in Plant Morphology”:<\/a> I am trying to locate information on a book entitled “Lessons in Plant Morphology” by J.F.R. d’Almeida and D.P. Mullan, published in 1946 in Bombay. I have been trying to track this book for a long time without any luck and was wondering if any of you might be able to provide any information about it.<\/p>\n

Any information (really, anything!) about this book will be greatly appreciated — even people to whom my inquiries should\/can be referred or where I purchase the book.<\/p>\n

Not even at the multitude of libraries at Harvard???? I am surprised….
Have you tried NYBG, UC Berkeley or NYBG, they tend to own a lot of the old or rare books<\/p>\n

A paper in this link http:\/\/www.dli.gov.in\/rawdataupload\/upload\/insa\/INSA_1\/20005b76_81.pdf<\/font><\/a> refers to the book in question. Since the authors of the paper are from Gujarat, I guess, the book may be available there, not sure though.
You may check in the following libraries if it is available:
1. Dept. of Botany, Univ. of Gujarat
2. Dept. of Biology, Mahendrasinhji Science College, Morvi, Gujarat. <\/p>\n
