Flowers have a resemblance to Morinda<\/em> flowers. But need to identify the species whether it is Morinda<\/em> or closely related species or otherwise.<\/p>\n

I guess\u00a0it is close to\u00a0Morinda citrifolia\u00a0<\/i>L. !<\/p>\n

The fruit doesn’t look like a\u00a0Morinda<\/i> sp.

Well, my guess is\u00a0Timonius finlaysonianus<\/i>\u00a0(Wall. ex G.Don) Hook.f.\u00a0 or\u00a0\u00a0Timonius jambosella<\/i>\u00a0Thwaites var.\u00a0finlaysoniana<\/i>\u00a0(Wall. ex G.Don) King and Gamble, going on leaf and shape of calyx.<\/div>\n

Timonius finlaysonianus<\/i>\u00a0is supposed to be a widespread species.<\/span> The genus Timonius<\/em> “is considered as one of the highly diverse genera of Rubiaceae”

I agree with … Though distribution is not shown, it is highly probable to be reported from there as per distribution in the map given in POWO<\/a>.
\nIt also appears close as per images at\u00a0Phytoimages<\/a>,\u00a0onlinelibrary<\/a>\u00a0and\u00a0Florafaunaweb<\/a>
\nLeaf apex looks different from images and specimens at\u00a0GBIF<\/a>\u00a0and\u00a0POWO<\/a>.<\/p>\n
