Thank you very much for sharing the link, flowers are very matching, but having difference in peduncle image,<\/p>\n

Very close to S. anaimudica<\/em>, but not basally bulbous stem which showing in the diagram,<\/p>\n

\n

Could not find a match as per comparative images at\u00a0Sonerila<\/a><\/p>\n

\n

I tried with listed species in Flora of Peninsular India, with\u00a0distribution in the area.
\nBut could not find any match.
\nIt comes somewhat close to\u00a0Sonerila grandiflora<\/span><\/strong><\/a>, but not convinced.<\/p>\n

Yes, it is very close to Sonerila grandiflora<\/em>, (having two differences: lengthy peduncle and cylindrical stem) thank you very much for ID my plant,<\/p>\n

For the time being, I will go for\u00a0S.zeylanica specimen<\/a>.<\/p>\n

The photograph closely resembles Sonerila nayarii<\/em>. It is closely related to S. grandiflora<\/em> but distinguished by the absence of a distinct peduncle. I hope the material might have been collected from high ranges of Idukki district of Kerala or from adjacent districts.<\/p>\n
