Clerodendrum speciosum W.Bull  (a Hybrid taxon: C. splendens × C. thomsoniae)- we are talking of this here.
The link POWO you have given is of Clerodendrum speciosum Gürke, nom. illeg. ambiguous synonym for Clerodendrum poggei Gürke, a different species as you can see from the specimens in your link at POWO

/wp-content/uploads/2020/10/Observation%205.jpg
we are having Clerodendrum speciosum and Pseudocalymma alliaceum plants in our garden. Both the plants growing side by side. On 9-12-2016 I recorded Purple Sunbird (both male and female) on the flowers of Pseudocalymma alliaceum (at that time Clerodendrum viscosum flowers were not there). On 1-1-2017, I saw a Purple Sunbird (female) on the flowers of Clerodendrum speciosum. Bunches of Pseudocalymma alliacium were just next but the bird did not visit those flowers. But when Clerodendrum speciosum flowers were not there, the bird visited flowers of Pseudocalymma alliaceum. It seems Sunbirds prefer some flowers over others.

With so many types of flowers around Purple Sun bird is having a nice time. In our garden this bird visits Passiflora caerulea  (PASSION FLOWER) and Clerodendrum speciosum (RED BLEEDING HEART) frequently even though there are other flowers nearby.

Clerodendrum x speciosum (Lamiaceae) from Uttarakhand: DSR_2/2_June 2016 : 3 posts by 3 authors. Attachments (2)
Clerodendrum x speciosum Dombrain (Bleeding Heart Vine) was sighted in one house in Pantnagar. It is a beautiful tropical climber with colourful flowers and also colourful persistent calyx.
The species is not represented in eFI.

Beautiful images, … It is very much there. Pl. see Clerodendrum × speciosum

I feel it (one with white bracts) appears more closer to images and details at Clerodendrum thomsoniae Balf.
The other with pink bracts may be different.

Yes it could be but both are from same plant

In that case, it is more likely to be Clerodendrum × speciosum

.
