Small shrub or tree 3-4 angled, the sides white, spines in pairs on the ridges. The plant is not known to flower, often confused with and sold as E. antiquorum

The main differences between these two species are that in E. lactea the leaves are less than 1 cm long and early caducous; whereas in E. trigona the leaves are more than 3 cm long and not early caduceus.

These two pics were taken from Cactus and Succulent Garden in Panchkula, Haryana… I have named them, Euphorbia lactea 1 and E. lactea 2, because I hope they both belong to this taxon..kindly validate/rectify… I think Euphorbia lactea is right id . I will still try taking more pictures. Adding pictures taken yesterday in the same nursery, as requested by you. This is probably E. lactea Haw. I am not sure. The plant is probably under cultivation in gardens, as it is not found wild in Middle East. Thank you for this suggested id as well. You are right Sir. This was a cultivated plant.

On the Internet, The family of the Plant shown is Euphorbia Family. However, can the above plant be called as a Cactus
