Yes it is Hygrophila seryphyllum
there are two varieties of this taxon in Flora of Maharshtra by Dr. Almeida.. it can be easily identified by the shape of the leaves

Plz id this tree: pa41 – 21nov2012:  Plz id this herb spreading on the rocks in Matheran region. I did not see the flowers. The leafs are covered with hair.

Oh, thank you for reminding. Actualy that one was clicked at a diferent spot and it was not flowering over there so I thought this was another plant. I remember you had shared the photos of the flowers with butterfly’s.
