Please Id lepidgathis sp : Attachments (2 + 7). 7 posts by 4 authors. Would think this is Lepidagathis trinervia which is fairly common at Shahapur [which is in Thane district]. However, according to Dr. Almeida’s ‘Flora of Maharashtra’, Vol 4, there are 3 varieties of L.trinervia. efi page on Lepidagathis bandraensis&Lepidagathis trinervis … have confirm this is lepidagathis trinervia

Lepidagathis sp from Navi Mumbai. Lepidagathisspecies in India & eFIoraofindia with details & some keys I think this is Lepidagathis trinervis Nees {Based on Flora of Maharashtra State Vol 2: L. trinervis Wall. ex Nees var. trinervis.}. A diffused herb with woody rootstock, and slender quadrangular branches. According to images leaves appear to be linear, sessile with three nerves.

Could this be Lepidagathis bandraensis?? (Ref: Based on the Shrikant jis book (Further flower of Sahyadri) ).
Kindly validate the ID. Yes the specific epithet of the plant is Lepidagathis bandraensis. I hope this is the same photo which you submitted in “Flowers of India” website. I think you have deciphered the name. Why not L. trinervis?

Came across this small herb near “Khandala, Alibaug” on the way to Sagargad. Why not L. trinervis? efi page on Lepidagathis trinervis I agree with … This photo has been shown as Lepidagathis bandraensis in FOI. Is it correct ?

Dear friends, I hope this is some species of Lepidagathis. I glanced through eFI and FoI, but I could not arrive to any specific ID. Nearest could be L. trinervis but it does not look like it. Leaves of my posted plant has leaves different from those compiled in L. incurva page of eFI. Please help in ID.

 Lepiagathis ?: 1 high resolution image. Some material which was brought last year from near Mumbai. Photographs of the material kindly confirm. I think Lepidagathis trinervis as per images and details herein. , Wild Plant for ID : Borgad Conservation Reserve : Nasik : 19NOV21 : AK – 013: 2 images. This could be Lepidagathis Species. Sorry for the earlier suggested ids. Yes, it looks like Lepidagathis trinervis.
