Photographed from Hazuribagh garden, Srinagar, Kashmir in June-July Nature is so great to design so many colour combinations in the corolla of Faboideae plants. Kindly identify This is surely not Indigofera, could be any species of Crotalaria. Crotalaria species in eFloraofindia (with details/ keys from published papers/ regional floras/ FRLHT/ FOI/ Biotik/ efloras/ books etc., where ever available) I got it. Sharing some pictures for ID shot at Pashupati Forest Kathmandu Nepal today at 4400 ft. Any Indigofera species ? Going strictly by the above keys, most of our observations may be of Lespedeza juncea var. variegata (Camb.) Ali Lespedeza juncea f. variegata (Cambess.) H. Ohashi A reference on this plant: https://iiim.res.in/herbarium/lespedeza_juncea_var.htm But this variety is not accepted by POWO 1 (Not accepted by Govaerts, R., Nic Lughadha, E., Black, N., Turner, R. & Paton, A. (2021)) and POWO 2 So we keep it under Lespedeza juncea only. .
