Neanotis sps

I had been looking at oldenlandia earlier on, and as it turns out this has been Oldenlandia and Hedyotis in its earlier avatars. This may be neanotis fomosana, I have given the link of a relevant paper. http://www.tsps.org.tw/document/paper/new/137%20Notes%20on%20Neanotis%20(Rubiaceae)%20in%20Taiwan.pdf

but the said species is not reported from India!
