wild flower from tsokar and Nubra valley, mm2 10 06 2011:
These photographs were taken in july 2008 during a trip to ladakh.
The photographs are of two different plants, 349 is from Tsokar and 465 is from Nubra Valley. I think they might be the same.
The rocky mountain sides in Tsokar were purple with these blooms.


It is Nepeta floccosa of family Lamiaceae
