It was flowering on one section of hill totally covered with it when he observed it. The blooms were nearly over after 7 days when I could go there.. Still it was seen patchily in some sections. I think it may flower in another section in October (Usual season) when I had seen it flowering in a vast area in Oct. 2006. Attaching an earlier picture of 2006.
