I will certainly get the seeds when I come across ripe fruits. But P.subpeltata is not regularly cultivated in this part.

Trichosanthes ¿ species ? … (family: Cucurbitaceae)

This plant could be very simply Trichosanthes tricuspidata; the conspicuous stipules caught my attention. Have not seen them during various earlier sightings of T. tricuspidata. Moreover, the leaves and leaf margin too seem to vary. Please help.

I may be wrong, but plant looking very different from the one seen by me in Mahabaleshwar. Also pictures available on searching. Please recheck.

Thanks …; indeed the plant looks different, especially its leaf and the large stipule, may be even the stem.

This looks more like Passiflora to me.

You are 100% correct, …; this must be Passiflora subpeltata Ortega

I was completely off the track ! Thank you very much.
