It may be some Odontonema species as per images herein.
To me looks different from images at Odontonema tubaeforme and of Ophiorrhiza pectinata
Did not find any Odontonema sp. having distribution in India unless it is cultivated . 2 high resolution images.
Sorry I can’t help much with this, I think it is Ophiorrhiza. I did write up this genus for the Flora of Bhutan in 1993, 28 years ago but haven’t looked at the genus since!
