Yes it resembles the uploads by … as S. fastuosa and one uploaded by … and identified by … S. uniflora is a totally different plant belonging to the subgenus Amphilaena in which upper most leaves are generally coloured and enclosing (half or completely) the capitulum. Yes it is S.fastuosa [=S.denticulata].

I visited the same area the day before yesterday looking for flowering Swertia speciosa (I had seen it on my previous visit but it had not started flowering then!) and decided to check on this Saussurea too. I found it had flourished more and I took some more photos (better light too!) to share.
