This cassia species was seen at the Enabavi village of Warangal. Please help identifying it It is Cassia auriculata; the stipules are clearly auriculate, leaf and leaflets, pod also indicates it as Cassia auriculata. Yes it is Cassia auriculata

Seen during a visit in the Ahmednagar district. Wild plants, not more than about 2 feet in height. This looks like Senna auriculata. I had posted earlier.
Saw this plant on the rim of the Lonar lake at Buldana, MH in December 2016. There were quite a few plants around.

2. The species has 6-13 pairs of leaflets, but here I can’t count more than six in any leaf, 4, 5 or 6 pairs are seen in many

Saw Senna auriculata at Dahiwadi near Satara. MH in December 2019.
It was commonly seen by the roadside.
To me also appears close to images at Senna auriculata (L.) Roxb. For me the ID is correct. It is a tanniferous plant found extensively in Southern India.

I began my research career with this plant when I joined one of the National labs decades back. I studied on its phyto-chemistry related to tannnins and their extract. .
