Flora of Arunachal Pradesh- Namdhapa near Miao- Herb 5 for Id- JM: Wild at Namdhapa near Miao, Arunachal Pradesh in 3rd week of August’10.
This should be some Lindernia.
To me it appears more as Lindernia crustacea (L.) F. Muell. Very common in Arunachal Pradesh. Pl have a look on the images provided on this link
A few links of Lindernia crustacea:
But upper lip doesn’t look like two lobed though other things appear to match.
But certainly it doesn’t look like Lindernia grandiflora as per links:
http://www.smgrowers.com/products/plants/plantdisplay.asp?plant_id=2891 (San Marcos)
Thanks for pointing out the variation. I am not sure but the upper lip character seems to be variable..
the calyx is clearly winged, I would go with Torenia, possibly T. asiatica
