I am sending a photo of the same flower.

Place : Ovalekarwadi Butterfly garden, Thane.
Date : August 2010

Is it Verbena bipinnatifida Schauer as per link below ?:

Yes … Just an oversight of similar epithets.

Details in the images are not clear.
But I feel it may turn out to be Verbena aristigera only as per images, references and details herein.
Neither POWO nor Catalogue of Life gives its distribution in India or nearby areas, as introduced.
As per details at Verbena‎, only Floral Database of Tamilnadu reports it from higher elevations (In fact, they do not report Verbena aristigera syn. Verbena tenuisecta, which are the observations in our database). Flora of Peninsular India reports Verbena bipinnatifida, but without any details.

Also not indicated in Flora of Pakistan, which only appears to be detailed work available on net.
