This appears to be the male plant of an Asparagus sp. Most likely A. officinalis L. [Asparagaceae].

Yes to me also appear close to images at Asparagus officinalis L.  as per comparative images at Asparagus‎ 

Only confusion is it is not edible.

I think it may come out to be Asparagus officinalis L. , which is commonly cultivated in India as an ornamental plant as per details at Asparagus
Asparagus virgatus, on the other hand, is not reported as per details at Asparagus
