The images are of two different plants.
The whole plant on a slope is different from the ones of which the close ups are taken. I agree with your conclusion..this herb is Youngia japonica.. … had confirmed the identity of this plant as the Youngia japonica (earlier Crepis japonica) last year. I have made a more detailed study of this flower in February and March this year. I hope this confirms the identity beyond doubt. I haven’t seen red stigmas on any Y. japonica flower closeup online but may be that’s variable.
Here is an interesting piece;

Launaea sp. ? Sorry! Do not look like matching. Thanks, …, Pl. check comparative images at Launaea & Cichorieae Pl. check images of Launaea asplenifolia Hook.f.
I am afraid it does not look like matching. In this case leaves look different with papery nature whereas pics on googles looks thicker in nature.
To me it looks close to images at Launaea asplenifolia Hook.f.
Generally lot of images which come up on google search, may be of some other species.
If you give links of the concerned page of a website where an image (seen by you on google search) is residing, it can be further analysed. Leaves looks like little different according to the link
