Seems to be a species of Rhus (Anacardiaceae)


From google images I see most of them have flowers in a bunch not between leaves, which is what I see on the tree


Looks like one of the Rutaceae member.


One possibility is Zanthoxylum
But difficult to say, after going through all Rutaceae members so far in the eFI site.
