ii) flowers without bracts = N. indicum DC. (now syn. of Rorippa indica (L.) Hiern)
iii) flowers with bracts – N. indicum var. benghalense (now syn. of Rorippa benghalensis (DC.) H. Hara)

I have not seen it, but the third photograph shows bracts below flowers suggestive of R. benghalensis, although pedicels are not slender.

Presently I am unable to confirm anything, please check my latest upload

I only suggest that in addition to the points I have written earlier flowers of benghalensis are pale yellow while indica flowers are yellow (as per FoC).
Flora of British India (ah! old lit. again!) informs leaf-like bracts of benghalensis are shorter than pedicels.
I have confusion, yet I would select benghalensis  for this species.

In addition to above Fl. Br. Ind. has –
iv) N. montanum Wall. = less robust than N. indicum, with smoother & less divided leaves, slender pods 1 to 1.5 inch (0.5 to 0.75 in. in N. indicum); can be found in Sikkim to Punjab. Khasia hills
v) N. officinale Br. = aquatic
