This looks mostly like Impatiens mullaingiriensis Bhaskar. The short stout spur is not visible in the photo. If you have any side view of the flower with spur pls send it. If you want more details, pls refer my Book: ‘Taxonomic monograph on Impatiens L. of Western Ghats’ (March 2012).
