This herb was shot from near helipad in Ghanghariya during our VOF Trek..
I hope this is a species of Dichrocephala… leaves as well as heads look distinct from D. latifolia

Looks like D. benthamii

I think matches with illustration in FOC

I request … to please Check. Whereas The plant seems to be correctly identified here, it is depicted under D. integrifolia under Flowers of India (check image 9 especially).

Thank you Sir for your inputs, which made me think over it..

After going through available resources, including FoC, I am quite convinced to say that the posted plant is Dichrocephala integrifolia (L. f.) Kuntze, even though I know that it is not good to say much without studying the complete features of florets.
The distribution as well as vegetative characters support Dichrocephala integrifolia (L. f.) Kuntze..
Further inputs are welcome..

If you look at these illustrations of Flora of China
http://www.efloras.org/object_page.aspx?object_id=120689&flora_id=2

Yes Sir,  I tried to understand from this illustration also, which pointed to D. benthamii, but the description confused me..I think the decision lies in studying the details of florets only..
But let me study my entire database for this taxon, as I have recorded multiple pics from various locations in Himalayas, but careful observation is lacking..
That is where your role always comes in..!!

Yes … There is some confusion when we compare keys of BSI Flora of India and eFlora of China, but latter seems better both in keys and illustrations.
