The tree is distinct from S. paniculata uploaded (identified by …) from the same area earlier, in being small evergreen tree with narrower lanceolate leaves, very finely toothed and flowers in axillary spike-like racemes of 4-8 flowers. The petals are smaller and rounded at tip.
Photographed along Ukhimath Chopta Road in Uttarakhand. As always, your ID is correct Sir. I also checked it with Osmaston’s flora and find same result- S.ramosissima. Thanks a lot … for confirmation.
