To me it looks Remusatia pumila.
The leaves are light to dark Purplish on Dorsal side, Plants are growing epiphytically on shady moist rocks with heavy moss cover.

Looks different from existing images at Remusatia pumila (D.Don) H.Li & A.Hay or other species at Remusatia Thanks …, yes the plants and its inflorescence looks similar to … plant however he has not mentioned Purplish colour on Dorsal side of leaf.
I think it should be Remusatia hookeriana Schott as per images, details and references herein.

I had already confirmed it though earlier i forgot to reply, the species is reported from Himachal Pradesh and is also matching with illustrations as well as herbarium images on gbif…
