This is one of rare and threatened plant found at Legapani & Toranmal village of Satpuda. Medicinal Plants Conservation centre have done extensive Floristic and Dr. Suresh Jagtap  done Ph.D. on ethno- botanical study of Pawara tribe (Toranmal) and Korku (Melghat).
