Arctostaphylos catalinae P.V.Wells
Common name: Santa Catalina Island manzanita,
A shrub or small tree native of S. California, covered with small bristles, leaves up to 5 cm long; flowers in panicles with leaf-like bracts; fruit a drupe up to 15 mm broad.
