Seen this tiny beauty en-route Hemkund Sahib.

This was looking more like a creeping herb found to be spreading on a wet- moss covered rock.
Flowers were not fully open. Flowers were tiny and  in cluster. Stem reddish, leaf margin bit hairy.

I think your plant is not Koenigia islandica, a plant characterized by having spathulate-ovate (rarely orbicular) leaves.
In my opinion, the posted plant is Koenigia nummularifolia (Meisn.) Mesicek & Soják which is characterized by having orbicular to reniform leaves, 5 stamens, 2 styles, and lenticular ovary and fruits. The plant is morphologically close to K. forrestii Diels) Mesicek & Sojak which can be differentiated by having more number of stamens (8), 3 styles and trigonous ovary and fruits. Further, petioles in this species equals 1-3 times length of lamina.
Looking into the leaf and inflorescence characters, I believe your plant is K. nummularifolia.
