This succulent with beautiful paddle-shaped leaves with leaf margins often turning reddish has long been sold in nurseries under wrong name K. thyrsiflora, in which leaves are green covered with chalky bloom not turning reddish. Also flowers of K. luciae are not strongly scented and have an urnceolate flower tube with pale-yellow lanceolate corolla lobes. K. thyrsiflora flowers are heavily sweet scented with a cylindric flower tube and brilliant yellow broadly obovate lobes.

…, I also had this plant from Delhi with broad thick paddle like leaves under the same name until I found similar plant under the name K. luciae, which is the correct identification of your plant.
