It s my pleasure to share a few images of Impatiens clavata Bhaskar.
Reported and described as recently as 2006 by Dr. V.Bhaskar, Impatiens clavata Bhaskar (Balsaminaceae) is an epiphytic and scapigerous herb that is critically endangered (CR-B2abiii) and extremely endemic to the Western Ghats of Karnataka, not known to occur anywhere else other than the type locality…!!!
Sighting: Bisle, Sakaleshpur, Karnataka, about 1400 msl
