Alysicarpus ¿ species ?

Almost sure that the photos here may not get us to the species ID. Will gladly label them as Alysicarpus sp.

Alysicarpus species in eFloraofindia (with details/ keys from published papers/ regional floras/ FRLHT/ FOI/ Biotik/ efloras/ books etc., where ever available on net)

It looks like Alysicarpus rugosus, unless the pod is seen it is difficult to confirm the identity.

Thank you very much … for the ID.

Alysicarpus ¿ species ?

Photos here belong to various plants in the same colony. There seem to difference in leaf shapes, though flowers look similar. Some plant from this colony already uploaded in prior post.

Looks close to images at Alysicarpus naikianus Pokle

Kindly add the above sub species name under Fabaceae-Alysicarpus (subpage listing) on our website.
The listing of this subspecies has been inadvertently been missed out.
I will post images of the same in a separate post later.

Alysicarpus bupleurifolius var. hybridus DC. is an accepted name.
Note: There is s a good deal of phenological plasticity as well as natural hybridization in these taxa. Hence, specific and infra specific delimitations may breakdown.
I do not think this subspecies has been posted on the group site earlier.

I have received a number of private responses to the above post.

1. I thank all members for their congratulatory messages.

2. One asked for identifying features, they are summarized below:

Smooth pods not constricted in between segments (image -1341) AND Lower leaves ovate and upper leaves linear (image -1330).

I will appreciate if someone can validate the id.
Once again, many thanks to all for your interest in the post.
