Kindly help in species identification
Shimla Water Catchment Wildlife Sanctuary and Reserve forest
June 2015-16

Flowering stalk was upto 6 inches tall and was arising from the base of the leaves. Only 3-4 leaves were visible.
Very rare to find in this area. 


Can it be Iris kemaonensis


Yes Long Perianth tube does suggest I. kemaonensis

What was the Altitude?
This species generally occurs above 2500 m alt.
