Looks different from Tamilnadia uliginosa (syn: Catunaregam uliginosa (Retz.) Sivar.) Seems to be some species of Garcinia. Pl. check with Garcinia cowa Roxb. ex Choisy as per comparative images at Garcinia This is Garcinia kydia I do not think matches with of Garcinia kydia as per
