Small plant for ID :: Mumbai, Nov 2017 :: ARKNOV1702 : 8 posts by 3 authors. Attachments (4)

Saw this small plant in a forest near SGNP, Mumbai in November 2017. No flowers or fruit were seen.
Requested to please provide ID.

This is climber of Capparis sp..most probably C. spinosa.

Thanks, …
To me looks different from images at Capparis spinosa
Check for other species at Capparis

Also check for
Capparis sepiaria L.
Capparis zeylanica L.

The leaves do resemble C. zeylanica in efi, especially, this post. Would like some further opinion.

I guess Capparis sepiaria L. looks close.

Capparis sepiaria, I think.
