Not yet flowered but is it Goodyera schlechtendaliana Rchb.f. ?? Very interesting. Yeah …! A long wait for the flower. I am not sure if I can make it again. Very tough climb for me.
Yes this must be above 1500m or more. Goes up to 2500m

Can’t confirm without flowers unless the photographer has already seen plants before. Agree with …!, but it looks close to G. schlechtendaliana From the same spot earlier. There are 3 more flower images in the mail. I just confirmed with my friend who is a top expert on Goodyera in the world, she says yes this is Goodyera schlechtendaliana.

Goodyera repens (l.) R. Br. ?? 3000-3500 m?? Goodyera repens. Thanks … for validating.. This particular area was very rich w.r.t. diversity. I tried hard to find any more orchids but 🙁
I think we went too late in the season – last week of August, hence could not find any more specimens. small bell shaped drooping flowers of this orchid are reminiscent of the drooping bells of lily of the valley. but this is an orchid. I am thinking this is Goodyera schlecchtendaliana. But cant confirm right now.
