I think it is Justicia simplex from Acanthaceae family, but i am not very sure.

I think you are right, … Current name is Rostellularia japonica (Thumb.) Ellis

Because of strigose nature, 1-3 spikes terminal/axillar, bracts with green midrib, leaves elliptic lanceolate; it seems Justicia simplex.
