Thanks for forwarding these images. Yes, we are calling this Primula erosa for the time being. As you can tell, this species looks very like a small Primula denticulata, in fact it has been called P. denticulata var. erosa at one time.
It is distinguished by not having basal bud scales at flowering time. Supposedly it also has short pedicels (flower stalks) but this is actually not supported by all the type herbarium sheets. The type location is Kumaon (Uttarakhand).
It is very difficult to tell these plants from small forms of P. denticulata which are found in the same area.
