Seems to Borassus flabellifer seedling or Other Arecaceae member.

Only one Borassus flabelifer L. listed in Nepal.

Hence, it could be.

Nepali Name : दरिवल Dariwal/ टाड Taad/ ताडी Taadee/  ताल  Taal

Correction : Borassus flabellifer L.

Trachycarpus takil Becc.  ?
Trachycarpus fortunei not listed in Nepal !

I do not think so. Looks different as per /wp-content/uploads/attachments/trachycarpus-takil
I think, better leave it unidentified.

Looks like a Rhapis, possibly Rhapis excelsa

Not Rhapis excelsa and not listed in Nepal.

Than check it’s synonyms and other Rhapis species.

No syn matching and the plant itself do not look ‘like matching with the sp.

Trachycarpus fortunei (Hooker) H. Wendland listed in Nepal and I guess looks some closeness.

I do not think sao as per images at https://davesgarden.com/guides/articles/view/1224

Was it in Godawari Bot. Garden ?

Wild !
