Lithophyte for id:: Indo-Nepal Border, May 2014 : 8 posts by 3 authors. Attachments (5)

This lithophyte, most probably from Urticaceae was shot from a moist tree trunk, actually in Nepal.. was long pending for id..
Any clues are welcome..!!

Elatostema  sp.. ??

Elatostema species in eFloraofindia (with details/ keys from published papers/ regional floras/ FRLHT/ FOI/ Biotik/ efloras/ books etc., where ever available on net) 

Lot of other species are available in Nepal. Does anybody know of an expert on this genus? 
As the plant is from Nepal, may I request you to pl. take this up with your experts in Nepal.

Did you check up with suggested id by …? 
Surprisingly, it took me only 5 minutes to check the keys in Flora of Bhutan for first genus id (in Urticaeae among 17 genera) and than species id (among 16 genera) and than get it verified on net as Pilea ternifolia as per
Great efforts … It was pending for almost 3 years.
