Sansevieria trifasciata for sure. There are many cultivated varieties of different forms/ colours

Since you are validating Sansevieria Species, I’m adding one seen in Tsavo West, Kenya.

Can not say. There are so many species over there. Try with something like Sansevieria hyacinthoides Looks very close to my pictures. Especially the leaves.
